    Actually, WoTr doesn't save your economy data like rank, money, XP points, etc. It syncs only your current WoTr job and truck/trailer position while you are on online job.

    So if you delete your profile folder you will lose your progress despite WoTr acc.

    If you reinstall OS, don't forget to create a backup of your save game.

    You can only use local mods that affect to your save game. 
    It seems like mod you mentioned do not affects save edit, it just replace some base game (HUD related) files. 

    So unfortunately, i guess, its impossible to connect this mod.

    Абсолютно законно, т.к. программа не изменяет прицепы/коллизию/вес и т.д.

    You can restore your savegames from 1.31 game version simply, goto Documents - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - profiles(1.31.2.12s).bak

    Copy your profile folder to Documents - Euro Truck Simulator 2 - profiles directory.

    1. I have looked into the option of downloading a savegame and then decrypting/changing account name instead of grinding levels from scratch. I know how to do it (already tested), but my question is - is that allowed?

You probably missed my question about DLCs because I typed no. 2 twice (apparently I can't count to 5 anymore lol), so here it is in a slightly more specified version: If I download and install DLCs later on, will I be able to use my savegame made without DLCs with the new content that DLCs add?

    3. Is it possible to get DLCs for free anywhere? The game itself is a bargain, but buying 5-10 DLCs via Steam makes it quite costly (mostly I just want to get the added areas/countries).

    1. You allowed to change account name of savegame.

    2. Yes, you will be able to continue playing with your savegames.

    3. No, its impossible
