ATS MP Problem (Register Game)

I downloaded the mp and launched the game. I click login and it says, Register Game, go to settings on truckersmp and register your game. First of all i dont know what this means and second of all I went to truckersmp then settings and didnt see any register game. This Register game thing didnt happen with my friend. Could someone please help?
