Hi Steam is running and yes i have triad to install with administrator privileges, but no luck

Hi im new to this game and have for now only played the normal version of the game, but since my skills are getting better, i would like to try the online version. But after downloading the latest version and installed it i get a dll error message, have triad to reinstall the multiplayer client but no luck, does any one have any idea what to do?
