I got the same error in the end, but my game was crashing upon reaching the screen that you reach at 0:31 mark in your video. Weird but seems to be ''patch'' related.

The game crashes upon loading to the screen where you see your truck and click ''Drive'' to actually get inside the world. EDIT : I actually had ''public beta 1.18'' in my steam. Installed the ''temporary 1_18_1'' and the game now works. ATTENTION, there is also ''temporary 1_18_3'' that I did not test out.
