Endless "Install Available Updates" loop

Hello all, I have been trying to play ETS2 MP and when i try to install available updates, the launcher just loops. I have tried everything i could find, I have installed Ultrasurf, Ran as administrator, checked the firewall, and reinstall the program, to no prevail. I have no idea what I can try now, any suggestions? EDIT: Right after i uploaded this post, I tried it one more time and, for whatever reason, it worked.
