Yes I have deleted the programs data file twice to force redownload from the server of all data, but it still never downloads that file.

tried uninstalling and reinstalling to solve the issue, but to no avail. Still is telling me im missing file name Real_ops_V7.mp from my programsdata folder. checked folder manually and sure enough the only files that are there are data1, heavy dlc cargo, and skoda files. What do i need to do to get the missing file? reinstalling obviously didnt fix it.
