Truckers Mp doesn't work

Hello I've downloaded Truckers MP but it doesn't work. It says: The version of this file is not compatible with the running Windwos version. To verify that an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program is required, open the computer system information, and then contact the publisher of the software. I've looked for the Version and on my Computer is it installed. Please can you help me? Yours sencerly Mario
