I guess I didn't look at the wheels but he uses his keyboard.

How could that be rectified?

I was playing with a friend last night and he could only drive at low speeds even though his speedometer said he was going faster. While I was able to go at normal speeds but it made it hard to convoy with him because most of the time he was limited to 50km. Was wondering if anyone else has this issue when convoying with friends.
