No ghost mode bug

Hi!

 

Today I have encountered a bug about ghost mode. I don't know if it is a known bug so I wanted to report it. I was driving at C-D road when someone suddenly appeared in front of me. I guess that player just loaded a save but he was not in ghost mode and we crashed. I have added the video recording of the incident below.
