How can I send a video to make a player be banned?

Recently I started a session and 2 players started griefing me and my truck, blocking me. I have reported them both in-game and I have also recorded them doing that stuff. Can I send this video to anyone (staff member)??? Sorry for the topic created but searching I haven't found an answer. Ty for your time!
