Add a traffic light system/ gates at intersecion of c-d road

Suggestion Name: add traffic light system or gates at C-D intersection

Suggestion Description: 

You can put traffic lights or a gate system as if it was a.train crossing at the c-d intersection. This will give a fair advantage to players coming from motorway and c-d users. Hopefully this will ease the traffic and crashes. This will also benefit for pushing in truckers and truckers who fly down the ramp without stopping.

Why should it be added?:

It will allow other users coming from ramp to actually be able to come out instead of 20 trucks passing even know its give way, could also help ease traffic.
