I accidentally entered a wrong email address when registering

Hi.I accidentally entered a wrong  email address when i registering.I type the wrong email :[email protected](this  is my old email and i do not have acces anymore),but the real email is [email protected] cannot verify my account.Sorry for my bad english.Thank you!

This is not possible, the server detects your SteamID and tells you there's another account associated to it. Maybe there's an activation link expiration which unlocks the SteamID for another account.    I am able to login and play, but it says the account is not activated.
