Question about car with trailer/caravan

In the rule 2.8 (updated 28-03-2018) is standing that cars are not allowed to pull trailers. But why it give's Caravan's only for cars? Can I pull the trailers when I drivi with a car or not?

this is not actually a bug but intended to be like that. The rules state the following:

§2.8 Car with trailer*

Cars are not allowed to pull trailers, with the exception of the caravan.

 

 

The above-highlighted part means that the caravan is the only time you can pull an actual trailer. The caravan's intended purpose is to be pulled by a car, so it is obviously allowed to do so.
