Still cannot connect

I am stil having the same issue. Cannot connect says will remove version and update and when i do it says not responding and closes the game out. I have tried everything. can someone give me a step by step how to fix this and not just a website that i have no idea what im looking for?

ATS 

 

Solution : 

• You must enter Steam
• Library - ATS
• Right on ATS - properties
• Betas - change them at 1.29.1.1 for incompatible mods.

 

ETS 

 

Solution : 

• You must enter Steam
• Library - ETS
• Right on ETS2 - properties
• Betas - change them at exit all betas program.
