Cameraview not following?

On my earlier copy of the game I had set up so that if i pressed on the right mouse button and moved the mouse around the camera would follow. I cant find that setting and it wont work now. Anyone got a clue on where that setting is? I have the "keyboard and mouse" alternative on controls.

Please check this video about your problem . Then try this. 

 

Option > Keys & Buttons > Camera Controls ( Rotate Camera in Mause control )

The configuration of the camera in game can be configured from:
Options >  Keys and buttons > Camera controls.
