Guest Posted August 10, 2017 Share Posted August 10, 2017 Suggestion Name: A New Appling Idea Suggestion Description: Like says above A New Appling Idea would be nice what I mean is due to there only being 52 admins out of 3000 players is not enough in many's eyes and anyone under admin is not allowed to deal with players inside game only on the forums and yeah I understand the Support ranks and others to keep the forums active but allowing more people to come in staff would be wiser due to the fact all staff is not paid staff at all. but all have there own things they need to do in life so let's say out of 52 admins 26 of them are active more than the rest because of either time zones or life things such as jobs and school etc... The age limit is understandable but having a min of 100 posts? I don't think is needed no offense and the recruitment process should not be focused on just one language or region of people to be higherd by staff and the recruitment process should be more frequent. even a applying system would be wise to have. Guest Posted August 13, 2017 Share Posted August 13, 2017 The more staff you have, the more team leaders must be provided which means there must be more experienced people. After all, it will be a team which cannot be controlled properly anymore and with more people, one cannot easily keep an overview. Also, the idea behind the current requirements is to hire mature people as children or teenagers think differently due to the development process being not entirely completed which is basically just the normal human nature. There might be people who are very mature with 15 years, however, that is the reason why an exception can be made with every requirement. TruckersMP team leaders do focus on a specific language because that language is currently needed since all other languages are already provided and covered within the team. Concludingly, the idea behind the required post count is to see if a person really wants to contribute something, help other people and thoroughly thinks through the opinions and thoughts of other people rather than just writing useless content on the forums in order to get the required post count.
