W katalogu z installką TB Client znajduje się dodatkowy plik wykonywalny - TBCleaner.

Jak go odpalisz i klikniesz START, aplikacja odinstaluje klienta i wyczyści wszystkie dane. Następnie zrestartuj komputer i zainstaluj ponownie po pobraniu ze strony

Oryginał instrukcji w j. angielskim brzmi tak:
"In case you have problems with the program, use TBcleaner, which is located in the folder where the program TrucksBook Client is installed (the usual path: C:\Program Files (x86)\TrucksBook Client\...). Run it and press "START". The program uninstalls the Client and deletes all its data. Then restart your computer, download the latest version from the website and perform a new installation."
