Can't start the game after the update from 26-4-17

After I updated the game I tried to launch the game.. But I got this error message:

Can somebody help me?

Hello @LuukYT,

 

you should try to run the launcher as an administrator by right-clicking it and launch it as admin. Also, make sure that the process eurotrucks2.exe is not running. Additionally, try to delete the file manually [C:/ProgramData/TruckersMP/core_ets2mp.dll] which could cause those problems.

 

Generally, you should have the latest version of both the launcher and the game up to date. You could try to uninstall and redownload the TMP launcher.

Edit: I looked up in the processes, eurotrucks2.exe was indeed running, thanks

I had same problem 5 mins ago and I fix it with installing new launcher from TruckersMP website.
