Game Error

When i try to start TruckersMP i get an error With starts With "an error occured while contacting Our update servers" i need some help on how to solve it i am on ts request for support if u wanna talk

Hello,

 

You might have problems with internet connection. It´s related with updates - downloading updates from TruckersMP. If your internet connection is OK, try to reinstall your TruckersMP laucher >>> https://www.truckersmp.com/download

Please make sure that you have these two software's installed on your computer. 

 

.NET Framework 4.6.2

If you already have .NET installed then try the repair tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135

 

VisualC++ 2015

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145

 

• Run the program as an administrator (right click the shortcut and select 'run as an administrator' and accept the UAC prompt.
• Run TruckersMP in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and / or Windows Server 2008 SP1, please follow this guide http://pearsonsupport.helpserve.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/210/21/how-to-install-or-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode-in-windows-7

Please try the things above and see how you go.
