I was playing on your nicely pinged server until I got banned for my inappropriate name. Now, I admit my name probably did exceed what you "admins" see as inappropriate but it seems that you people don't understand the concept of ignorance. So, I was having a great time, harmlessly driving on the motorway to Cambridge to finished my job and get my money - until my game crashed - I got banned... For what? A name. Not only this, but I have to wait 24 hours for an admin to validate my appeal for something that you could simple warn me for.
I'm sorry but its idiotic considering that you don't have anything written about inappropriate names not being allowed and even though it may seem like common sense, that doesn't change the fact that you banned me on a game for a name that I can change within 2 minutes for free. Its not called un-player-like conduct, it was a simply use of ignorance.
Also, why do we have to wait 24 hours to be unbanned? You could get banned for a petty thing, such as an overtake (that everyone does) and have to wait a day? Terrible customer server.
