Problem with connecting

Hi! I have a problem with connection! When i`m trying connect on the map, my profile asking connection from the server and all... "Connecting to the Europe #1 server.." and nothing more. Launcher is updated, i-net connection is okay. Help, please!

I am able to connect to the freeroam server however, not able to connect to the EU1 or US1 or EU3 server.
