ETS2MP Capped at 35 fps - no matter graphics

When i'm in the joining-que, i have 100+fps, but when i get into the game, even if the closest player to me is like 1000 miles away, i stilll get capped at 35 fps, doesn't matter if i have the lowest graphics with 1280x720 or highest settings with 1920x1080 and 300% scaling.

 

My fps is good at singleplayer aswell. I got this issue after the winter-mod update.

 

I have a AMD Radeon R9 380 Nitro 4GB

 

I do not use v-sync.

that's pretty obvious the winter mod should reduce your fps

I had a similar situation the other week before the launchers came into play and im using a nvidia gtx 750 ti graphics card.

don't know if it was a  driver update that fixed it but it seemed to sort it self out after awhile.

Yeah but it shouldn't cap it.
