i cant go to truck dealers or teleport to garages

Can Someone Please Help Me, i launched up the game all fine, but when i go to a truck dealer the game freezes and it doesn't respond, and if i try to teleport to a garage, i have tried reinstalling ETS2 but it didn't seem to work!!!! i have tried waiting 5-10 mins, but nothing

Did you try it with another profile ? And freezing also occurs in Single player ?

Did you use mod?You shouldn't use illegal mods.If you use mod,Please delete it.

Then try to play game.
