No jobs at start of day, every day economy needs resetting

Every day I start the MP version and each time I see no jobs appear in my job list. I have to either force the economy reset in text file or travel to one of my garages.

Can anyone help as this is getting very frustrating. By the way it only happens the very first time I boot the game. If I close the game and the restart it my jobs appear!

Any help would be appreciated.

Open console and type in "uset g_force_economy_reset "0"
