Won't open the launcher NEW VERSION 0.1.7

Hello guys!

My problem is that it won't open my Mp launcher.
I downloaded the latest version of Mp 0.1.7 and downgraded the game from 1.18 to 1.17.1 and when I double click on launcher nothing happens!!
I reinstalled it few times and still nothing..
Any solutions ? 

 

PS. SP works fine!

The game must be set to NONE -Opr etc

same problem here, last version installed proprely and when i launch the multiplayer, nothing happened...

Try running it as an administrator

I set it to NONE too and still nothing...
Have the same probelm as
