Failed to Download, Install, Update.... You know the drill

So.... I've tried like everything that's on any guide and any forum post related to this issue on the launcher that's been going for years on here... and I still getting the same annoying Loading... loop for the installation/update button.... I have no clue what else to try so please, hope you help me find a solution for this one. 

 

My guess is that it might be something related to connection so maybe using a vpn miiiight fix it? I've no idea honestly, I don't feel like using a vpn to solve something that should be so simple with a couple clicks.

 

So please if anyone has the patience to help me with this, I'll be most grateful. Thank you
