Messed up gamer tag, not visible in game, need moderator to change it

I changed my names using fonts and I just learned it’s not allowed and now I only see ??????? in the game and not my name, I made support ticker but no response yet, can a moderator take my ticket or change it, thanks

First of all, welcome to TruckersMP Forums here in Help Section.

Firstly I'm not sure if your nickname is visible in the game or not. If not, or your nickname violates TruckersMP rules the support Team is required to change your nickname if neccessary. 

 

In that case you need to wait for 14 days before you can do another change of your nickname, you don't have to write any Support ticket as the Support Team will probably reply you something -- you need to wait for 14 days before any more changes can be done. 

 

 

If you want to change your nickname, you can do it same like this one. You need to go TruckersMP Website - Settings - Profiles - and there is a line with nickname. After you change your nickname, you will have to write your password to verify this process.
