Stuck on updating 108/112

Hi! I haven't played ETS2/TrucksMP since 2020. Today I've decided to install both of them and the launcher is getting stuck on updating 108/112 as shown on the picture below.

I've set the path of folders correctly, ive ran TruckersMP as admin and it is still getting stuck. I dont use anti-virus software, ive tried vpn and still didnt work.

The problem is solved by trying another different VPN. I'd recommend ProtonVPN for those who is having such issue. Now every time i run the launcher it needs to be updated?
