Loading a autosave is canceling current job

i'm trying to load a quick save after noticing i had gone the wrong way. whenever i try to load any of the auto saves or quick saves it returns me to garage saying games changes detected. i have made not changes to the game.

Hello kickbackman,

Is it possible that those autosaves were created before connecting to TMP? If so, you could try making a new quicksave inside the server, and then loading it up again.
Let us know if the issue persists.

Quick advice: unless you're absolutely sure the autosave or quicksave will spawn you in a safe area, in most cases it's best to just F7 away from trouble.

No it’s was all while on-line in 1 sitting. It now looks like ets2 updated while I was playing somehow.

If your using a world of trucks job it could be the reason to why your losing your job every time you would load an autosave to fix this you would have 2 options 1 being using normal ingame loads or 2 using the dispatcher to get the same loads as your trucking conpanion

Thanks for creating a topic on the forum.

 

It may be related to the OperationHQ event where the map was modified, and the game newly recognises this each time you load an autosave even though the save was likely made with that modification. In this case, it's down to the base game and it's not avoidable sadly.

 

If as @Dylan.C mentioned you're on a World of Trucks job, these are usually just suspended and you can find them at the top left hand corner of your main menu screen. Click on them and you get the option to resume, so this may work for you.
