Hello, I have a problem that I want to go a longer route, but I do not have an order for a longer route, only a maximum of 250 km, I tried a few commands in the console and sleep but it does not help I add that I have over 100 lvl. best regards

First off, thank you for creating a topic and welcome to the TruckersMP forum!

To answer your question, I'd Suggest changing your preferred job length in game. 
To do so follow the below steps, 
>Launch the game 
>Enter Profile 
>Go to Options 
>Navigate to Gameplay Options
>Move the slider of the Preferred Job Length. 
Additionally make sure you sleep in game to refresh your Job Market.
