Hi all, I'm curious to know the experience of people over the last few months with in-game reports (also happy to have feedback in comments over longer periods). Would be very interesting to know how efficient they are or not? What's your experience with in-game reports these days? Disclaimer: don't want to blame anyone here. Just want to understand the current situation to see if my view is like the majority of players or different. Thanks!

On 29th July, I submitted a web report, and since then I submitted 3 more reports that got dealt with (see below). Why has this report not been dealt with, and can an admin please accept it so I will be able to have all 10 report slots available if needs be. Thanks. (Also, what does "waiting for admin" mean? It went from "new" to "waiting for admin")
