So basically, I made a support ticket about my problem with the launcher. The TL;DR is that when I launch it the sound dies and I cant hear anything. Not windows, not discord, not youtube, not even the damn game. I already tried a couple of things (reinstalling truckersmp, verifying cache etc.) and nothing helped. So I decided that the best thing to do was to send in a support ticket, which I did. One day passes and thankfully someone claims it, hooray! But after two days its unclaimed again? I set it to high priority since its literally gamebreaking and I really want to play multiplayer. Any tips on why Im not getting a reply or some advice on how to fix it? Anything's appriciated. -Nez.
