Why should it be added?: Makes things easy for the players. The cars are faster and handing is different to the trucks and from my gaming time, I see more idiots with the cars that can't drive and speeding over 200K. with this idea itwill tell the player that there are cars around and they can get ready and have idea who is in who 

I think this will get abused though, also it costs quite some coding for an option that isnt really clarifying things.

I like the idea of users can apply for special ''police'' rank or whatever, and have a little support access? Think it would be more manageable for admins.

Oh, and reporting will be nightmare for those of us who play on laptops/notebooks - how many people can you identify here by license plates?

Indeed getting ID's would be way harder, especially when they quickly get rescued.
