[Fatal error when launching]

After the most recent patch that added cars, the only way I have been able to successfully launch the MP is by running it as an admin. When I try to launch it normally it brings up a fatal error and crashes the game. It does say to try reinstalling it but after 5 reinstall attempts nothing fixed it.
