[Cant register my game]

Ive had so much trouble with this game getting the multiplayer to work im about to give up, It took me a week to finally get my account back and i just bought ATS2 Today and downloaded the Multiplayer mod and now when i launch the game and try to sign in it tells me to go and register my game with a link, I go there and it tells me to click -Check now- If i have ATS2 so i did and then it says We are checking now please come back in a few minutes, Ive waited for half an hour and its just sitting there.. What can i do
