    Hi there! 

     

    Please be be aware of holding down your ‘W’ key whilst pressing ‘Y’. Your accelerator will jam on until you press ‘W’ again. 

    This is the same with every key - if you hold down a key on your keyboard and press ‘Y’ to open chat at the same time, the key will stay on until you press the key again.

    How do I install 1.32.3 for ATS?

    Hi there!

     

    Make sure you have updated ATS in steam or Opted out of beta, before you launch ATS.

     

    Library - American Truck Simulator - Properties - betas - Opt out of all beta programs.

    Launch TMP, and update available updates. You may have to install TMP launcher again if you don't have to option to update.

    UPDATE 1.32 bugs, lags

    Hello there!

     

    Please try to verify your game cache, it might restore this and may solve your problem:

    Go to your Steam library and right-click 'Euro Truck Simulator'

    Select 'Properties'

    Head to the 3rd tab called 'Local Files'

    Select 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'

    Wait for it to finish. This could take a few minutes.

    Restart PC

     

    Or try this

     

    Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard

    Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)

    Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.

    Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"

    Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/

     

    If this doesn't work, you may need to install steam again and/or Euro Truck Simulator.

    Hi there!

     

    If core_ets2mp.dll is not working for whatever reason you can get the above error.

     

    Try running the launcher as administrator. 

    If this doesn't work delete file path C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP and reinstall TMP.

    Hi there!

     

    Please make sure you aren't using familyshare and your whole profile is public as TMP won't be able to register your game.

    Restart steam and refresh TruckersMP website before continuing.

    Hi there!

     

    Can you please try the following: 

     

    - Enter to the site with E-Mail, which you register on the site, not your game nickname, or Steam nickname;
    - Write your E-Mail and password in Notepad, and then copy them one by one paste in the login window, if you  not sure that your login and password is correct writing by yourself;
    - If none of the above advice does not help the situation, try to reset your password and log in again;
    - Do not use a password or E-Mail any symbols, password must being only characters and numbers;
    - Do not use Steam-account, if the game is not bought on it, and on the other account. With the «Steam Family Sharing»to play in multiplayer you can't to connect also;
    - Your e-mail address from a Steam account must match the email address used when you registered on  ETS2MP site. This is a very important point!
    - Run Steam, then press Profile> Edit Profile> My private setting and set a to all point is "Public";
     
    If none of the above works, then try these:
     
    1) Go on Documents-ETS2MP and delete client.edc
    2) Write your password and email into a text file
    3) Open ETS2MP and copy the mail and the password from the text file created before on the ETS2MP login page with CTRL+V

     

    If none of the above works, then please send us a ticket over Support system.

    Вы пробовали переустановить TMP launcher?

     

    Попробуйте нерест в менее населенном районе, так как это может привести к прерыванию.

    Hi there!

     

    This is the correct directory if you haven't stored ETS somewhere else

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2

     

    Find where your steam directory is on your PC and Try reinstalling TMP
