Actually you might be able to play MP. I saw a Ubuntu user posting something about a program called "Wine" which makes your Ubuntu to run .exe files. I'm not sure if it works, because I'm not a Linux user myself, but try it:

But what's the problem with having the feature? People who want to find other people to talk with should just set the default channel to 19.

With that option it will be easier for trollers to troll... Also what's the point in that? The microphone it's using for the voicechat is your standart microphone in windows.

Change the speedlimit to 80mph... you can drive 80mph on some highways in Nevada... god damn it

^Looks like you are another guy that didn't understand the reason i started this thread... 1. we are in the USA. The trucks are allowed to go 129km/h in Nevada. 2. This isn't ETS2MP, this is ATSMP and im not "whining" about the low speedlimit because i need to go so fast...

That is a thing of SCS Software. They are making the map so you could ask in their suggestions thread in their forum.

^^ Nope, I'd say that they simply made ATSMP servers the same way as ETS2MP, so limited servers are 110 Km/h and 60 Km/h in cities. Trucks aren't allowed to go faster than 90 Km/h in continental Europe and this goes down to 80 in a lot of countries. But if your truck is powerful enough, you can play in EU#2 server and drive 129 Km/h or even 190 Km/h, there are no speed limits there.
The thing is that we are in the USA. Everyone is always talking about realism like the trucks in europe are limited to 80 km/h. So if it should be realistic, the speedlimit should be set to 129kmph/80mph so it is "realistic". I mean, i haven't been in the USA yet, but i think SCS didn't set the speedlimit to 80mph in Nevade without a purpose right? It's not like i HAVE TO drive so fast but in my opinion it's pretty dumb to limit something that isn't limited in real life (i think, like i said i haven't been in the USA yet).

+1 this feature would be great because i am almost always playing without light and cant see the clock. It would be easier to look up time if this command would be implemented.

It could be your graphic card. I have the problem sometimes too. My graphic card driver just crashes and i get an Fatal Error too.

Not only I have this problem, some people on the german forum said they have this problem too. For me this bug isnt fixed even if it is written by known bugs and marked as fixed. I tried to reinstall the game already.
