Start of by ensuring your TruckersMP launcher is not running in your task manager. Right click your Windows task pane, task manager and check if any signs of the launcher is still running. If you find the launcher is running, then end the process.
1-) Go to Documents
2-) Delete the ETS2MP Folder
3-) Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
4-) Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (Without the quotes)
5-) Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
6-) Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
7-) Re-Download the launcher and install
8-) Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates"
^ The text above is from an official guide (Although this was mentioned above, the specific part of text from the guide was not specified, so here it is below. I also added an extra step).

Please now start steam as admin.
 
Once steam has started, then run the launcher as admin.
 
Does this work?

Economy Reset
it really easy to fix follow step by step :
 
 
Here's how to do that:
1. Go to My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles and find your profile - if you only have one profile it'll be the only one, otherwise you'll have to work out which one you want.
2. Open the config.cfg in the profile folder in your text editor of choice (e.g. notepad).
3. Look for the line uset g_force_economy_reset "0" - change the 0 to a 1 and save the file.
4. Now start ETS2MP and load your profile. You should receive a message saying "Game change detected", etc. Your economy will now have been reset.
5. Lastly, exit again and change that 1 back to a 0 in your config.cfg, otherwise it'll reset every time you start the game.
 
You can also do F7 & Enter to take you to the service station (This sometimes resets your economy)
You can also sleep, sleep and sleep (only a temporary fix, but is not guaranteed to fix economy)

For Freezing when you use teleport :

To fix your problem, you only have to wait. This can take you about 15 minutes. But especially when your game freeze, does nothing more, do not touch your computer anymore and be patient.

The Reason of the Game Freezing like this is because of:
You have a lot of Money / Garages / Drivers etc.

This can sometimes be caused due to the install path of the TruckersMP client being wrong during installation.
 
Take a look at this thread here:
 
 If this does not work:
1. Right click TruckersMP client
2. Click "Properties"
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab
4. Check "Run this program as administrator"
5. Launch TruckersMP
 
 
If those steps above do not work, proceed further to this:
 
1. Uninstall TruckersMP client
2. Head to your "documents" folder in Windows
3. Delete the "ATSMP" folder ONLY!
4. Reinstall TruckersMP Client

If core_ets2mp.dll is not working for whatever reason you can get the above error; 
First, check if ETS2 process is running. If so end this and try again. 
How to fix - delete core_ets2mp.dll, reopen launcher and redownload file 
TruckersMP file path: C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP.
If you do not work you can create https://support.truckersmp.com/index.php?a=add

Please first try this guide from a support team member 
 
Either re-install truckersmp client or make sure you ran once in single player DirectX (64-bit) before you hop in multiplayer.
 
And Follow these methods 
You need to wait about 1-10 minutes for it to sync your data. It looks like it's freezing, however it's just loading.
Run the game as administrator
Make sure you put correct path when you install the TruckersMP - default path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator
If you running Win7 make sure you have installed Service Pack 1.Maybe it works  if you try it, beneficial for you.  I wish good game.

Please fallow these method 
Go to documents/eurotrucksimulator2/profiles (Via your Windows)  Select your profile folder and go into it Open a file called "config" - To do this Right click --> "Open With" then select "Notepad" as the preferred application Change the "0" to a "1"  Save the file and launch ETS2 - A message saying  "Game change detected..." will appear. Press OK/Accept.  Now follow the steps again but this time change the "1" back to a "0" on the line g_force_economy_reset in the config file. You should try the File Repair option from Steam and donwnload again the mod

Firstly for this error you can try running some a SFC scan, to do this you must follow the guide on this webpage https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-use-sfc-scannow-to-repair-windows-system-files-2626161
If the scan finds any issues and repairs them, restart your computer and try running the TMP launcher again.
 
If you still have this issue then you could try using the Microsoft .NET Repair tool which you can download here, https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=30135
After using the tool restart your computer and try opening the TMP launcher again!
 
If the above fails you could always try re-installing these two programs (or installing if you don't have one or both of them).

Try to flush your DNS Check your AV/Firewall software.  Reboot your router or modem. Use the VPN Game cache Re/Install ETS2 Re/Install ETS2:MP  Or please check your defender option and anti virus programs setting 
Somtime Multiplayer cant work for the deffender and anti virus programs work
For a while you can de active your virus program then try again join multiplayer

Oder überprüfen Sie bitte Ihre Windows Firewall und Anti-Viren-Programme Einstellung
Das Multiplayer kann auch durch Antivirenprogramme geblockt werden, wenn es im Hintergrund läuft, deswegen deaktivieren sie lieber ihre Antivirenprogramm solange sie im Multiplayer sind.
Für eine Weile kannst du dein Virusprogramm aktiv sein und dann wieder versuchen, Multiplayer zu spielen
