If you are playing a version 1.27 (beta), it is not supported. You need tmake a downgrade to version 1.26.

Possibilities:
- The DLC was acquired, but not yet installed
- The DLC was acquired but they did not yet provide for you
Upon entering in the DLC browser it is possible to check whether it is installed or not, but the installation is done through the Steam app.
By the way, clicking in any DLC on DLC browser will take you to the store, even if you already have the dlc.
PS: Mighty Griffin work with Scania trucks only.

In my case, ATS took a long time to appear linked, but he was already working.

Your profile in ETS2 work correctly with the control? If yes, try make a copy the archives "controls.sii" and "global_controls.sii" in your profile in ETS2, and paste in the same location in your ATS profile.
Controls.sii = C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\YourProfile
Global_controls.sii = C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2
I have downloaded the ATS Demo Version in Steam, and my wired control of XBox 360 show the same problem. I did the procedure I mentioned, and it worked.
