  1. Yes, i tottaly agree with this. Anyway it would be cool for admins to let play MP in pirated versions. Why? Because when ats comes out the MP is gonna be even more empty. So that issue could be fixed doing it... But it's going to be hard to ban ppl's. Maybe ban the pc ip? Idk...

I'd like to notify you that your post breaks our Community Rules. I will leave this off as a warning, however next time you will receive a warning point.

We [ETS2:MP Team] will never support the use of any kind of pirated software.

  2. Michal (MWL4) is stating that if you add a user to an "ignore" list, then their collisions with you would be disabled. However, I'd find that a bit easy to abuse and hard to implement

  3. All bans are synced within one database. We will not consider this, as when a user breaks the rules on one server, what stops them from breaking the rules on another server?

  4. I believe the yellow vehicle, in the left picture is a mod for ETS, not ETS2. Secondly, this is a suggestion for SCS Software to add in this kind of "gamemode". As stated this has been suggested before, and has been rejected.

  5. I just play all of my music through my second PC, then mix it together with my primary PC. That way, I have full control of audio, even while in-game. However, it's a different set-up, and more of a work around to what you are trying to achieve. Re-encoding may be your best option, maybe look for some freeware which will re-encode a whole queue, so that you don't have to sit and monitor the whole process. For video re-encoding I use Handbrake, I'm not sure if it can do anything audio file wise.

  6. It's a .exe file. You run it, and it will install the mod for you. You then just double click the new shortcut on your desktop, labeled "Euro Truck Simulator 2: Multiplayer", and the MP will launch. Once the MP has launched, you will be met by a login screen;log in, and select your server! Then just jump into the game, as you usually would in singleplayer by clicking "Drive Now" once you have loaded your profile.

  7. Euro Truck Radio is not affliated, in any way, shape or form, with ETS2:MP; apart from regular advertisements in chat. Thus, an additional chat system wil not be put into place. As stated by others, a similar idea has already been suggested and has been taken into consideration.

  8. How would you control who has access to what skins? How would you obtain copyright permission? What server would these skins be hosted on, how much server space and bandwidth will they use? VTC Skins are planned, just not for now. There are currently more important things that are being worked on. I'll leave the topic open for discussion.

  9. Regarding this suggestion:

I like the idea, and I like the direction in which it could lead the community. However, making an additional rank wouldn't solve the issue of management. As Humanewolf stated, there are security measures which need to be taken into consideration. There would also need to be a set standard/requirement for minimum streaming resolution, bit-rate, overlays, and overall quality and engagement within a live environment. As Community Managers, it is our job to make sure that ETS2:MP is displayed in the most positive manner possible. This applies to all of the official social media accounts. Over the next several weeks, some major graphical improvements will be made, and so on. Back on topic, I like the suggestion, however it requires a lot of resources and time to set up in a manner of which users will not abuse this opportunity.

  10. Why not simply add some symbol like the one for detached trailers - e.g. police hat?

I like that idea! Police hat icon, just within the IGA rank group.

  11. Who were you kicked by? If you don't remember, check your C:\Users\-Name-\Documents\ETS2MP\logs\TodaysDate.log and see.

Stopping, Standing, or Parking at Europoort is strictly against the rules, due to it being a high traffic area. However, I would like to know who kicked you.

  12. Hi there.

It is the player's responsibility to familiarize himself, or herself, with the in-game regulations set forth by the Administration of the Multiplayer Modification. You stating "f*cking idiot" is breaking the regulations and guidelines of the Euro Truck Simulator 2: Unofficial Multiplayer Modification. As a result, corrective actions were taken by an Administrator, in this case, Suldok.

When you have a problem with another individual in the game, the correct response would be to send in a report, summarizing the situation. At that point, Administrators would be notified and would be able to respond and punish the individual breaking the rules. However, I was not there and cannot speak about the situation as I did not experience it.

If you feel like you were treated unfairly and the Administration abused their power then feel free to submit a report to either a Community Manager, or the Project Manager (I<3Vodka)

Further more, this is not a suggestion in-realtion to the game itself, but to the staffing. Let alone, this is more of a statement and demand rather than a suggestion. Due to this, I will be locking and archiving this thread. If you would like to speak with a member of Administration regarding this manner, please respectfully private message them, and I am certain that Administration will reply to any questions, or concerns you may have.

    Regards,
