1) Go to your Steam library
2) Right click Euro Truck Simulator 2 and select Properties
3) Click betas tab and select "temporary_1_18_01"
4) Let update download and launch multiplayer
report back if there are any problems after that

i cant load any profile. when i do want to load one it says game crashed select a quick save. so i chose one and than the game crashes. when i go to SP i can normally load my save

I tryed to make a new profile and even with a fresh profile it gives me a crash. I tryed to reinstall ETS2MP mod. profiles are working fine on SP but none work on MP

thats what i though, but as soon as he trys to load my savegame the game says he doesnt has the dlc installed or something like some game changes. there are no saves left to load

i want to share my savegame with a friend of mine. i do have the DLC east and he doesnt. so he is unable to use my Savegame. How can we fix this without him purchasing east?
if anyone has a savegame of around level 15 that would be a pleasure !

Not sure about the software you're using, it could just not be supported by ETS2.

The problem is it did work before on 1.15 and i tryed it on 1.15 now and it didnt.
also my BF4 didnt work:p
i took the easy route and reinstalled my whole windows. now my BF4 and joystick work again

Do your keystrokes get detected in Single Player or neither?
Neither in SP or MP. somehow the program FF shifter does send the keystrokes. since if i test it in notepad and move my joystick it outputs the numbers.
i tryed downgrading version to 1.15.1 where it worked before for me. and guess what still didnt work.....
The problem is between ETS2 not receiving the keystroks. i disabled firewall but nothing.

After quitted some weeks due Gta 5 i wanted to play ETS2MP.
everything works except my joystick. i used the FF shifter program that sends out Key strokes to the game.
Example
Joystick in gear 1 position sends the key number "1" to ets2. i assigend 1 to gear 1 on ets2. before gta 5 everything worked fine. now after it doesnt. i tested in a notepad file and my joystick does send keystrokes. so somehow ets2 doesnt read them

Seems you just bugged them - that's why we advice people to play in SP untill they buy their own truck
some days ago i made a profile in ets2 singleplayer. than went to mp.
so u telling me that if i make a profile on MP and continue there until i get my own truck it wont be bugged ?

i meant make trips from garage to garage
doesnt work for me.
i made a new profile. never entered singleplayer im now level 7 and my 2 hired workers have now 300 hours for their job to complete.
Guys how to fix it ?

He means the FOV. the FOV stand for Field Of View. I also would like to see this in game. Like a slider to increase the FOV. with that increased u are able to see more degrees around you. lets say on the highest FOV setting u could see the left window and right so not being able to use ur mouse.

ingame time is controlled by server, that's why jobs take ages to expire, drivers take ages to "deliver" their cargo, resting and fast-travelling doesn't forward your gametime

but how was my other profile able to get money from my workers. with just 15 workers or so i earned 1-5million per 24 hourse. -

Workers doesn't work in MP.
so explain my why i had 20 mil after being +\- 1 week offline ?

it's hard to sync 2 profile on both SP and MP because the time on MP pass by instead of SP where the time start when you are on-game so use that profile only for single and use a ready profile for the multiplayer
how to make a MP Ready profile ?
is it possible to transfer my game data like road explored, money, drived hours, freights to a other profile that is MP ready
So in fact i want my same account back on MP with working workers

This is a common sync time problem i suggest to use a different profile for online
this is a new made profile in signal player follwed by the guide. i first made a offline profile. did some jobs. and than went to MP is there a way to fix this since i got already 30-40 hours in this profile

recently i began a new profile because i am using now a H Shifter, DFGT + clutch setup
my old profile had 80 workers whice will earn to much money to enjoy the game.
so my workers now have finishing job time in like 4xxx hours. also auto loan installements dont show up anymore.

why do you want a patch ? just download the Mp from ets2mp.com and install it. it litterly takes less than a minute .....

i am using the H shifter program from Andreas Panos with a Logitech Wingmand Force 3D OLD. for my feeling the program doesnt work correct.
anyone else knows a program for FB Joystick to H Shifter ?

I remember it did that also, never found a work around, you have to make sure your joystick is perfectly centered when you want to use the mouse.
i managed to fix it.
To fix it u open ur Profile on ur Documents. after doing that open up or Control file. the second line will be
config_lines[1]: "device mouse `fusion.mouse`"
Change to
config_lines[1]: "device mouse `di8.mouse`"
and ur ready to go
Ok now i need your help again
when i have the FF shifter program on my shifter isnt working 100%. it doesnt center right ( i recalibrated my joystick a hundred times ).
For example i am in the top left First gear. with the program on i can still move my joystick horizonzal. i can feel that the program doesnt allow me. but it takes like no force to still move it. there is no H patter. actually there is a H Patter but the Red lines dont keep my joystick from moving more Horizontal. i got all the Forcefeedbacks on 150%

I have followed this video precisely and it worked the first time, take your time and do not skip any steps. Edit: Just noticed you have the same video posted in the first post
I also got the same issue with the movement, at the bottom of the Control page there is an option to reset the input controllers, or something like that, I'm not at my simulator now, you need to reset it and restart, with it asks that a new input device has been found and if you'd wish to use it to control the game, say NO.
