I tried to install the MP again and now the do i have a problem:

 

The following applications are using files that need to be updated by Setup. It is recommended that you allow Setup to automatically close these applications. After the installation has completed, Setup will attempt to restart the applications.

 

i can choose:

Automatically close the applications.

Do not close the applications

 

when i choose automattically close than this came up:

 

Setup was unable to automatically close all applications. It is recommended that you close all applications using files that need to be updated by Setup before continuing.

 

but i have nothing running except google chrome and the install

Try this, go to your documents > ETS2MP folder > delete the launcher.dat inside of it and tell me if this works.

i can only find a normal launcher, without the .dat...?

Hey

 

I followed a guide to insall the ETS2 MP, i did the downgrade to 1.19.x.

After i did all this i started the multiplayer (as administrator) but the following error came every time:

 

Unsupported game version detected! To play ETS2MP you need to have ETS2 1.19.2.1s (Steam release)!

 

What could i do? pleas help.
