Your friend is the one who should be making the ban appeal. 

Also, if your friend was banned for purposely ramming, its not very likely that he'll get unbanned.

 He can't speak English that'swhy i make ban appeal

MY FRIEND GOT BANED ALMOST 5 MONTHS

AND WHEN THE NEW  VERSION CAME OUT HE WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD BUT HE CAN'T PLAY IT

SO CAN YOU GUYS PLZ UNBAN HIM.
