So it is a problem unsolved now right? It would be a problem using a VPN? For example about ban evading? I know that Game moderators use IP to detect if someone is evading a ban with multiple accounts but if a VPN gives you the same IP as other that is using the VPN too, would it be considered as Ban evading? I'm worried about that.

I tried all the options. First one and last one doesn't work for me, but the second option works. I installed Hotspot Shield Free VPN from microsoft store and it works perfectly but open it, turning on and off only for play ETS2 and ATS is really annoying. Do you know any solution to solve this? 

You also said that it would be my connection, could it be my internet provider? What should I ask to solve this problem? Thank you again for the feedback. Regards, Faridh AF.

Hey, thank you for take the time to check my question.

I was playing normally truckersmp (ETS2) and now that I wanna enter it doesn't work. I log in and them I have to choose the server right? But in my case, it appears "Error, trying again..." 

It doesn't happen only in ETS2, also happened in ATS.

I tried deleting all the files from truckersMP in program data. And installing again but it doesn't work.

Also I checked If my steam was online (It was), Restarting my PC (It doesn't work), Turning off my antivirus (It doesn't work), Firewall OFF (It doesn't work)

I need help with this guys  , Maybe would it be my internet provider? What should I ask to them to solve this problem?
