[I have been banned and no evidence has been submitted what do I do now?]

I got banned for  Â§2.5 - Reckless Driving, §2.2 - Ramming yesterday.

The moderator as of now has not submitted evidence.

I asked for the evidence in an appeal but haven't had a response. 

Moderators have 3 days to respond but this clashes with this article (https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/1061) saying that evidence must be available during the ban and 30 days after.

what do I do in this situation? because being banned over the weekend with no evidence waiting until the mod responds doesn't sound great.
