Hello @Gorkido,
To solve your problem, will be enough to do what I wrote here carefully;
1. Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
2. Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
3. Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder
4. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
5. Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher https://truckersmp.com/download/
6. Open the Launcher with as admin and click "Install Available Updates"

It is impossible to use this horn in current versions because the horn you want remains in old versions. You should use the one suitable for your truck between the horns in the current version.

Yes, this can be one of the best updates to come. This update will be good as a lot of players like to drive their truck close to the ground and you will be able to keep your truck close to the ground while on a break. This could be great.
