[SII Decrypt Sharp - A C# Implementation of SII_Decrypt]

Just thought I'd share the package I've been working on as of late - it's a c# implementation of SII_Decrypt.

Can be found on nuget and as open source:

This package is fully native except for zlib.

I would also like to add that nobody should be passing on the right hand side using the shoulder or in the dirt JUST BECAUSE YOU are impatient and don't want to slow down to allow the person in front of you to turn, accelerate or get up to the speed limit! A double yellow is a double yellow for a reason, a double yellow in the United States should be treated like a solid white in EU(no overtaking) a dashed yellow means that overtaking is permitted, but use caution when doing so. Drivers in truckersmp need to learn patience, right of way, and manners when driving, especially in the United States.
