-> Reinstall TruckersMP Launcher https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/147

Still not working?
-> Uninstall TruckersMP Launcher
-> Download the new TruckersMP https://truckersmp.com/download
-> Install the new TruckersMP Launcher by following this step https://truckersmp.com/knowledge-base/article/18
-> Run the TruckersMP Launcer as administrator

exactly, you just need to press X button and hold when you speaking, and all people around you( all people in the tab menu) will hear your voice.
