As you said above, If you already have 5 bans and one of the bans got yellow color (It means 1 year passed after the ban and It became inactive) 6th ban will count as 5th again, so you'll get 3 months ban instead of permanent.

To get the latest supported version of ETS2 you need to go to Steam Library -> ETS2 Properties -> Beta Versions -> and put here first one: NONE

Solution 1:
Goto C:\ProgramData\TruckersMP
Delete both core_ets2mp.dll  files
Start Truckersmp launcher as administrator and click on install the files.

Solution 2:
Press the Windows Key + R (Win+R) on your keyboard
Enter "%programdata%" and press Enter (without the quotes)
Find the folder "TruckersMP" and delete that folder.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the folder named "TruckersMP Launcher"
Go to our website and re-download and install the Launcher with admin privileges https://truckersmp.com/download/
Open The Launcher with admin privileges and click "Install Available Updates

Solution 3:
Download Ultrasurf.
Run Ultrasurf.
Open TruckersMP in Administrator Mode.
Install the available updates (only the first run with Ultrasurf), wait for it to finish and Launch button appears.
Exit Ultrasurf

You need to have your profile and game details set to public, so that we can verify you have ETS2/ATS in your library and have at least 2 hours on it. You also need to uncheck. “Always keep my total playtime private”.

SnowMode is available only in Winter, because as we all know it snows only in winter. You need to wait December 15th maybe or a bit later and then TMP will officially make snow mode available.

You have bad ban history, so joining TMP Team will be problem for you. You also need to know English well, but you don't, so...

The only thing you can do is don't get any bans/warning points, be active on forum, "fix" ur behaviour, learn English better and just be patient

Any DLC for ETS2 from steam should work for you in the multiplayer version. 
 
Please try and uninstall the affected DLC and install it again to try and fix this problem.
 
1. Open steam, go to library and right click on ETS2. Then click properties. http://prntscr.com/gkc51e
2. Click the DLC tab and un-check all the DLCs which don't work http://prntscr.com/gkc5m1
3. Wait for them to uninstall then check the boxes again for them to install again
4. Wait for them to install again. 
5. Open ETS2 and check that all DLCs work
 
If this doesnt work then then verify your file integrity.
 
1. Follow up to step [2] in the above list but click "Local Files" tab
2. Click "Verify file integrity"  http://prntscr.com/gkc6jb
3. Wait for steam to verify
4. Open the game and test DLCs.
 
 
If none of the above don't work, please could you tell me more specific fact like what DLC doesn't work.

Rest in a parking spot.

Solution 2)
Quick travel to one of your garages.

Solution 3)
Call service and get teleported to service (F7 and then ENTER).

Solution 4)
Visit individual companies and see if they have any jobs (drive over the green icon at the entrance of each company).
 
Solution 5)
Use the ferry or similar crossing.

დააჭირეთ Win+R; გახსნილ ფანჯარაში ჩაწერეთ "%programdata%" და დააჭირეთ Enter'ს; გახსნილ პაპკაში მოძებნეთ "TruckersMP"ის პაპკა და წაშალეთ ის; წაშალეთ ლაუნჩერი; შედით C:\Program Files\ და წაშალეთ პაპკა "TruckersMP Launcher"; გადატვირთეთ თქვენი კომპიუტერი; ჩაიწერეთ მულტიფლეიერი; ჩაწერის შემდეგ გადატვირთეთ კომპიუტერი; დაამატეთ TruckersMP'ს ლაუნჩერი ანტივირუსის გამონაკლისებში ჩართეთ ლაუნჩერი ადმინისტრატორის სახელით (Run as Administrator). ასევე გირჩევთ ნახოთ გაქვთ თუ არა იმდენი უფლება ვინდოუსის მაგ პროფილზე. ხანდახან თუ პროფილი რამოდენიმეა, როდესაც თამაში ყენდება პირველზე და თქვენ ხართ მეორეზე, ის არ მუშაობს.

To fix your problem, you only have to wait. This can take you about 15 minutes. But especially when your game freeze, does nothing more, do not touch your computer anymore and be patient.

The Reason of the Game Freezing like this is because of:
You have a lot of Money / Garages / Drivers etc.
