You can try these steps:
 
1. Run the command client (cmd) as an administrator.
2. Enter the following command:
sfc /scannow 3. Wait for the process to finish, and then restart your computer.
4. Launch the game with Steam "Launch with DirectX (64-bit)".
5. Spend some time in the game (5-10 min).
6. Exit the game and start Multiplayer.

You can try the following steps;
Steam> ETS2> Verify Game Files. My Documents> ETS2MP delete folder. Also;   Thanks, good games.. Best regards..
